Q: Is Seahawks Training Camp, powered by Boeing, open to the public?
A: Yes, however, all fans attending must pre-register and purchase a transportation pass as space at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center facility is limited. Only fans registered to attend will be allowed to attend and watch practice.
Q: Do I need a separate ticket in addition to my transportation pass?
A: No separate ticket is needed. Your transportation pass covers your ride to and from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and also provides access to practice.
Q: Is there a registration limit?
A: You can register for up to 8 people per Training Camp practice.
Q: What time do practices begin at Seahawks Training Camp?
A: There are multiple start times for Training Camp practices (9:45 AM and 1:00 PM), depending on the practice date. Please double check the time for the date you are registered. Practices generally last around 2 hours but are subject to change.
Q: Are there any age restrictions for fans to attend Seahawks Training Camp?
A: No, however, kids 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 2 years old or younger can attend free of charge with an adult and do not need to be registered.
Transfer & Refund Policies
Q: Are Seahawks Training Camp transportation passes transferrable?
A: Yes, you can transfer Training Camp transportation passes to other members of your party using the Seahawks Mobile App, just like you would for a regular game ticket. View our Mobile Ticket Guide for step-by-step tutorials on how to transfer and/or accept transfers.
Q: Can I resell my transportation pass for Seahawks Training Camp?
A: No, reselling your transportation pass is strictly prohibited and could result in loss of Training Camp privileges. If a Season Ticket Holder or Blue Pride Member is found to be reselling their passes, it could result in revocation of ticket privileges.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Seahawks Training Camp transportation passes are nonrefundable. Refunds will only be issued if a practice is cancelled.
Q: Can I exchange my registration for a different Seahawks Training Camp practice date?
A: No, Training Camp transportation passes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Your transportation pass is valid only for the practice date you registered for. If you are longer able to attend, you can transfer your transportation passes to another guest through the Seahawks Mobile App. Reselling transportation passes is prohibited.
Cell Phone Policy
Q: What is the cell phone policy for Seahawks Training Camp?
A: To protect the team, photos and videos are prohibited during the "Team Period" portion of practice. Prior to the "Team Period", an announcement will be made via the PA system notifying fans when the team has entered this portion of practice. Photos and videos will be permitted prior to and following the designated "Team Period" portion of practice.

Q: Once I'm registered, how do I gain entry into Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?
A: Following registration, you can view and manage your mobile transportation passes through the Seahawks Mobile App. Add your transportation passes to your mobile wallet for easy access on practice day.
Upon arrival at the Training Camp Check-In Center at The Landing in Renton, present your mobile transportation pass to be scanned from your phone. You will receive a wristband to access the shuttle to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
Q: Where do I check-in at The Landing in Renton?
A: Check-In is located at The Pro Shop at The Landing in Renton (840 N 10th Pl, Renton, WA 98057)
Q: What are the hours of check-in at The Landing in Renton?
A: Check-in begins 2 hours prior to the start of practice and closes 30 minutes after practice begins, the same time the last bus departs The Landing in Renton for the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
Accessibility
Q: Can I register for accessible seating at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?
A: Yes, accessible seating is available for all open practices and will be located near the practice field. Qualified individuals can view and select accessible seats during the registration process. You may register for 8 total seats. Up to 4 total guests can be seated together in the accessible section (e.g., 1 guest requiring the use of accessible seating + 3 companions). Additional companions will be seated in the general seating area nearby.
Please note that as with general seating, accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached for each individual practice, the accessible seating options will no longer display as available on the event seating map. All attendees must pre-register for accessible seating.
Q: Can my additional registered guests join me in the accessible seating area?
A: Yes, subject to availability; up to three companions may sit with you in the accessible seating area. Additional companions may be seated nearby in general seating zones.
Q: Where are accessible parking spaces located at The Landing in Renton?
A: Accessible parking spaces will be first-come, first-served in the main garage at The Landing in Renton for fans with the required placard, plate or tab, located at 810 N 10th St, Renton, WA 98057. Please enter The Landing in Renton garage off Logan Avenue North. Additional parking spots will be reserved on Level 2 of the garage for all registered Training Camp guests. Parking is not available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
Q: Will there be accessible transportation accommodations from The Landing in Renton?
A: Yes, accessible bus transportation will depart from The Landing in Renton continuously. Guests who are registered for accessible seating and their group may all ride together.
Q: Where should accessible seating guests check in at The Landing in Renton?
A: Accessible seating check-in and mobile ticket scanning will be located on Level 2 of The Landing in Renton parking garage, just in front of the elevators and next to the accessible parking locations. After check-in you will be escorted to the accessible bag check and bus load areas. You do not need to wait in the line for general check-in and bus loading.
Q: Do you have Sensory Toolkits?
A: "I'M A-OK" Sensory Toolkits are available at check-in for fans who are on the autism spectrum. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, earplugs, a sensory toy, and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge.
Transportation
All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Landing in Renton and utilize team approved transportation to / from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. A transportation fee of $15 per person will be charged at the time of registration. Only fans arriving at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center via the designated team shuttle will be allowed into practice. The Virginia Mason Athletic Center parking lot will be closed to the public and no individual drop offs, walk ups/outs or pick-ups will be allowed. Due to limited parking opportunities at The Landing in Renton, the Seahawks are recommending that Training Camp guests use carpool and mass transit options.
Q: Can I drive directly to Seahawks Training Camp?
A: No, parking is not available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center facility or nearby neighborhoods. Violators will be ticketed and / or towed. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Landing in Renton and utilize team approved transportation to/from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. A transportation fee of $15 per person will be charged at the time of registration.
Q: Where do I park at The Landing in Renton?
A: Parking is located on levels 3-4 of The Landing in Renton Parking Garage (810 N 10th St, Renton, WA 98057). When levels 3-4 are full, vehicles will be redirected to a nearby parking lot. Guests are encouraged to carpool or use mass transit to / from The Landing in Renton.
Q: How often will the shuttles be running?
A: Shuttles will begin running between The Landing in Renton and the Virginia Mason Athletic Center starting 90 minutes prior to practice. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the duration of practice and following conclusion of practice, until all guests have departed.

A: The following items are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center:

Q: What Items are prohibited at Seahawks Training Camp?

Q: May I bring my camera to Seahawks Training Camp?
A: You may bring personal still photography cameras and digital cameras. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others' enjoyment of the game (tripods, professional lenses – larger than 200 mm, etc.) are not permitted at Seahawks Training Camp.
Camera cases are prohibited in accordance with the Clear Bag Policy.
To protect the team, all photography is prohibited during the "Team Period" portion of practice. Photography will be permitted prior to practice, prior to and following the designated "Team Period" portion of practice, and after practice concludes. The use of audio or video recording devices during the "Team Period" portion of practice is strictly forbidden, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping, live streaming, and blogging during practice are strictly prohibited.
Q: May we bring our coolers to Seahawks Training Camp?
A: Coolers are not permitted. Outside food and factory sealed water bottles are permitted, however they must only be carried in bags compliant with the Clear Bag Policy.
Clear Bag Policy
Q: What kind of bags are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp?
A: To ensure safety and expedite check-in, the Seattle Seahawks will enforce the Clear Bag Policy at Seahawks Training Camp. Fans may only bring the following style and size bags and items into Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into Seahawks Training Camp along with one of the clear bag options.
- Seat cushions and lawn chairs with minimal pockets and zipped compartments. Chairs that fold-up and are carried in bags will be permitted, however the bag will be subject to search.
NOTE: An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Bag Check. Fans are encouraged to review the Clear Bag Policy developed to balance fan needs and improve public safety and convenience. Backpacks and bags are discouraged.
Amenities
Q: Will the latest Seahawks merchandise be available?
A: Yes, the Seahawks Pro Shop will have retail tents located near both the main fan entrance and on top of the seating berm at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. The Pro Shop retail location at The Landing in Renton, will also be open before and after Seahawks Training Camp.
Q: Will food and beverages be available?
A: Various food trucks / vendors will be on site each day offering a variety of food and beverages available for purchase. The Landing in Renton also offers many dining options for breakfast and lunch before and after Seahawks Training Camp.
Q: What is the smoking policy?
A: Virginia Mason Athletic Center is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds or inside the buildings at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. If fans leave the premises to smoke, they will not be allowed to return. Fans may ride the shuttle back to The Landing in Renton to smoke, but will not be able to return to practice.
Q: Will fans be allowed to depart the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and then re-enter to watch practice?
A: No. For security reasons, re-entry will not be permitted. Once a fan exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.
Q: Is there a place to bring my child for nursing or changing needs?
A: Yes, we will have an accessible Mother's Room at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center available for nursing and/or changing needs.
Q: Will the Seahawks provide tours of the Virginia Mason Athletic Center during Seahawks Training Camp?
A: No. Due to the large number of fans expected to attend Seahawks Training Camp, we are unable to provide tours or access inside team headquarters.
Q: Will cash be accepted as a payment method?
A: All sales transactions at Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center will be cashless. Cards and forms of contactless payment like Apple Pay will be accepted.
There are no ATM machines available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. However, there are ATM machines at The Landing in Renton. Please plan accordingly.
Q: Will fans be able to be near players and get autographs at camp?
A: All fans at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center will watch practice from behind a fence line to protect the players and the team. Players may approach the fence after practice, but no autographs or photos are guaranteed.
Practice Cancellation
If practice moves indoors or is canceled, we will notify all registered guests as early as possible via automated phone message, text message and / or email. Cancellation announcements will also be posted through the Seahawks official Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.
If practice is cancelled due to inclement weather, select re-registration dates will be distributed to registered guests.
If the team moves inside during practice, fans will depart the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and return to The Landing in Renton.
Practices are all subject to change without notice.
Fan Behavior & Code of Conduct
Fans are asked to comply with the Seattle Seahawks Fan Code of Conduct and the requests of Seahawks Training Camp and Lumen Field employees. Failure to follow these rules and policies will result in immediate removal from Seahawks Training Camp. All Seahawks Training Camp transportation pass holders and Seahawks Football Fest ticket holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests.
